Our office is located within the premises of the Centra state medical center in Freehold, NJ.

1. On route 537/West main street, there are three entrances to the hospital. Please look for the entrance that is diagonally opposite to the Well Fargo bank. This hospital entrance also has a Verizon sign.Look for signs to North parking/Star and Barry Tobias ambulatory campus.
   Park at the North parking with solar panels overhead.Head towards second floor of Medical Office Building B via entrance 7. You will see signs to our office entrance in the hallway.
2. If you entered the hospital premises at any other entrance, make attempts to park at North parking, located at back of the hospital and head towards second floor of Medical Office Building B/ Star and Barry Tobias ambulatory campus via entrance 7. You will see signs to our office entrance in the hallway.
3. If you parked elsewhere in the hospital, head towards the Wellness center/fitness center located in the Star and Barry Tobias ambulatory campus. Once you arrive at the fitness center, ask for second floor of Medical Office Building B. You will see signs to our office entrance in the hallway.
