Susan Karl, RN, MSN, ANP-BC
Susan is a registered nurse with a BS in Nursing (Magna Cum Laude) and Master of Science degree in nursing (Adult nurse practictioner track) from Monmouth University. She has practiced as a nurse since 1985, mostly in critical care and the cardiac catheterization lab and is Nationally Board Certified as a Cardiac-Vascular Nurse since 2002 by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is the recipient of The NJ Govenor’s Merit Award 2006 for Acute Care Nursing. She is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support by the American Heart Association. Her philosophy is that of primary prevention and health promotion with a strong emphasis on patient education.
